1. Professional Services These terms and conditions outline the rules for the use of CF Designs's Website. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms in full.
2. Cookies & Privacy The website uses required cookies to operate. By accessing Clay Fairy Ceramics, you agree to use the required cookies necessary for the operation of our website and any integrated third-party services (like video players or payment processors).
3. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise stated, CF Designs owns the intellectual property rights for all material on Clay Fairy Ceramics, including all "clay magic" designs and photography. You must not copy, republish, sell, or redistribute material from this site without permission.
4. Handmade Nature & Variations Each piece is handcrafted. Subtle variations in size, shape, and glaze color (including the Shakura, Ocean Blue, and Metal Green collections) are hallmarks of handmade pottery. These unique characteristics are not considered defects.
5. Shipping & Tracking
Carrier: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Tracking: Orders are tracked by Royal Mail until handed over to international mail delivery services.
Customs: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
6. Damage Claims & Evidence (Mandatory) We take great pride in our secure packaging. In the event of damage during transit:
Required Proof: You must provide at least 3 photographic proof AND a short video showing the damage to the product and the packaging.
Purpose: This documentation is mandatory for us to file a claim with the postal services.
Deadline: Please contact clayfairyceramics@gmail.com with this evidence within 24 hours of delivery. Without both photo and video proof, we cannot process a refund.
7. User Content & Comments CF Designs reserves the right to monitor all Comments and remove any that are considered inappropriate or offensive. You grant CF Designs a non-exclusive license to use or edit any comments you post on our site.
8. Liability Disclaimer To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations and warranties relating to our website. We will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature resulting from the use of this free-to-access website.
Section 9: Statutory Cancellation Rights In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, standard online purchases are entitled to a 14-day cancellation window starting from the day you receive your order. This right does not apply to custom orders, bespoke pieces, or personalized commissions.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by sending a clear written statement clayfairyceramics@gmail.com within this 14-day period. While you are not required to provide a reason for cancelling, any feedback you care to share is always appreciated.
Once you have notified us, the item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, and at your own expense within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We will issue your refund once the item is safely received back in the studio.
