At Clay Fairy Ceramics, I pour my heart into every piece of Irish handmade pottery. Because of the unique nature of my small-batch shop restocks, I do not accept refunds or exchanges. Please be certain of your choice before purchasing!
Shipping Breakages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged, I am here to help. To process a claim for a shipping breakage:
Contact me within 24 hours of delivery at clayfairyceramics@gmail.com.
Include photographs of the damaged item and the original packaging.
Returns & Replacements
All items must be sent back to the seller before a replacement or refund is processed.
Replacements: If stock is available, I will ship a replacement within 7 days. Please note that as these are handcrafted, replacement items may vary slightly from the original piece.
Refunds: If a suitable replacement is not available, I will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method. The seller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
